Business Scope

This website is operated by a business registered in the United Arab Emirates.
We provide an online ordering and payment platform that allows customers worldwide to place food orders on behalf of recipients located in Syria.

2. Service Area & Fulfillment

  • All orders placed through this website are fulfilled exclusively within Damascus, Syria, and may expand to other Syrian governorates in the future.

  • We do not offer international shipping.

  • Orders are delivered or made available for pickup only to recipients located inside Syria.

3. Ordering on Behalf of Third Parties

Customers may place orders on behalf of third parties (family members or acquaintances) located in Syria.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate recipient details, including name, phone number, and location.

4. Payments

All payments are processed online through authorized payment gateways.
Placing an order confirms that the customer has the legal right to use the selected payment method.

5. Delivery & Timing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local conditions, operational constraints, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors such as local regulations, security conditions, or third-party service providers.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

  • Issues arising from incorrect recipient information

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

9. Food Safety

We work with local vendors who follow applicable local food safety and hygiene standards.
Due to the nature of fresh food products, all orders should be consumed immediately upon delivery.

The store is not responsible for:

  • Improper handling or storage after delivery

  • Delays in order collection by the recipient

  • Individual health conditions or food allergies

Customers are responsible for ensuring the suitability of ordered items for the final recipient.

10. Hot and Cold Food Items

Some orders may include hot or cold food items that require consumption within a limited time to maintain quality and safety.

While we take reasonable measures to deliver orders in optimal condition based on local operational circumstances, we do not guarantee temperature retention after delivery. The store is not responsible for:

  • Changes in food temperature after delivery

  • Delays in order collection by the recipient

  • Reheating or re-cooling of food items after delivery

Customers are advised to consume hot food immediately upon receipt and store cold items according to appropriate food safety guidelines.

الشروط والأحكام

1. نطاق العمل

يتم تشغيل هذا الموقع من قبل متجر مسجّل قانونياً في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
نوفّر منصة إلكترونية تتيح للعملاء من مختلف دول العالم طلب الطعام والدفع إلكترونياً 

2. نطاق الخدمة والتنفيذ

  • لا يقدّم المتجر خدمات شحن دولي 

4. الدفع

تتم جميع عمليات الدفع إلكترونياً عبر بوابات دفع معتمدة.
بإتمام عملية الطلب، يقرّ العميل بأن لديه الصلاحية القانونية لاستخدام وسيلة الدفع المختارة.

5. التوصيل ومدة التنفيذ

مواعيد التنفيذ والتسليم تقديرية وقد تختلف بحسب الظروف المحلية أو التشغيلية.
لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادته، بما في ذلك الأوضاع المحلية أو الجهات الخارجية.

6. الإلغاء والاسترجاع

تخضع عمليات الإلغاء والاسترجاع إلى سياسة الاسترجاع المعتمدة في المتجر، والتي تُعد جزءاً لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط والأحكام.

7. حدود المسؤولية

لا يتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية عن:

  • التأخير أو تعذّر التنفيذ بسبب ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة

  • الأخطاء الناتجة عن إدخال معلومات غير صحيحة من قبل العميل

  • أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية

8. القانون المعمول به

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسَّر وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

9. السلامة الغذائية

نحرص على التعاون مع مزوّدين محليين ملتزمين بمعايير النظافة والسلامة الغذائية المتّبعة محلياً.
ومع ذلك، وبسبب طبيعة المنتجات الغذائية الطازجة، يوصى باستهلاك الطلب فور استلامه.

لا يتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية عن:

  • سوء التخزين بعد التسليم

  • التأخير في الاستلام من قبل المستلم

  • أي تأثيرات ناتجة عن حالات صحية فردية (مثل الحساسية الغذائية)

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من ملاءمة المنتجات المطلوبة للمستلم النهائي.

10. الأطعمة الساخنة والباردة

قد تحتوي بعض الطلبات على أطعمة ساخنة أو باردة تتطلب استهلاكها خلال فترة زمنية محددة للحفاظ على جودتها وسلامتها.

نحرص على تسليم الطلبات بأفضل حالة ممكنة وفقاً للظروف التشغيلية المحلية، إلا أن المتجر لا يضمن الحفاظ على درجة الحرارة بعد التسليم، ولا يتحمل أي مسؤولية عن:

  • تغيّر درجة حرارة الطعام بعد التسليم

  • تأخير الاستلام من قبل المستلم

  • إعادة تسخين أو تبريد المنتجات بعد التسليم

يوصى بتناول الأطعمة الساخنة فور استلامها، وحفظ الأطعمة الباردة وفق الإرشادات الصحية المناسبة.
